Alex is an American-Born, native English speaking and fluent in Mandarin Chinese, second generation REALTOR (having been raised by Chinese parents who earned a living in residential and commercial real estate) and has been actively involved in managing, selling, and buying residential real estate in the Silicon Valley Bay Area since 1999. He is currently a full-time broker-associate of Rainmaker Properties, a Sereno Group Real Estate Team located in downtown Palo Alto, California.

Rainmaker Properties was founded in 2007 as a boutique residential real estate firm based in Palo Alto. At the roots, Alex’s business focuses on cultivating long-term relationships with clients; developing deep, genuine expertise; and growing a strong reputation within the industry and to the people we serve.
At the start of 2012, Rainmaker joined Sereno Group Real Estate, bringing together two similar organizations known for outstanding client representation, responsible real estate practice and the utilization of technological innovation.
