For every client that puts their confidence and trust in our services, Rainmaker Properties donates a portion of its income to help support charitable and environmental causes, educational, social services, and volunteerism at a local and national level. This year, Rainmaker Properties is on track to donate more than $30,000 and has raised more than $168,000 since we were founded.

Fall 2012 - Magical Bridge Playground
A fully inclusive public playground
Is a Palo Alto project aimed at building the nation's first fully inclusive public playground designed specifically to address the needs of not only the physically disabled, but those with cognitive and sensory disorders as well.
For the remainder of 2012, Sereno Group Palo Alto is contributing 1% of our gross commission income to the project. For more information, visit the Magical Bridge Playground website.
Fall 2011 - Reach Potential
A bookshelf in every home
Reach Potential Movement's current campaign goal is to sponsor 200 low-income kids at four schools so they can receive their own bookshelf and books to begin their own library. In addition, their parents will receive a parent education workshop to help their child succeed.

Summer 2011 - WellDone
Clean water for developing communities
Rainmaker helps people celebrate new homes, WellDone helps people celebrate new wells. We wanted to celebrate together so Rainmaker supported WellDone by contributing 3% of our sales for the month of September.
Update: We raised over $2,100, funding 7 wells! As the wells get built, we will share the news and pictures here.
